1. No active UK delivery offer

UK product pages are informational. They do not constitute a current offer to deliver products to a UK address.

No displayed price, delivery reference, shipping time or stock statement should be treated as contractually agreed unless confirmed in a separate written offer.

2. Product enquiries

You may ask about specifications, compatibility and planned availability. An enquiry does not reserve stock or require either party to proceed with a transaction.

3. Purchases from another seller

If you purchased through a reseller, distributor, marketplace or another regional store, that seller’s shipping and delivery terms apply.

4. Exceptional written offers

If Vidis GmbH exceptionally makes a written offer for UK delivery, it must state before acceptance:

• the product and quantity;
• the total product price and delivery charge;
• the destination and any excluded areas;
• the expected dispatch and delivery arrangements;
• the applicable tax, customs and import treatment;
• who is responsible for import formalities and charges;
• the payment, cancellation and return terms.

Do not make payment unless a written offer or contract confirmation has been issued by Vidis GmbH.

5. Customs, import VAT and charges

Goods sent from Germany to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs formalities, import VAT, duties, carrier fees or other border requirements.

Because the website does not accept orders, it makes no general promise that a displayed price includes or excludes those charges. Any separate offer must explain the agreed delivery basis and responsibilities before contract formation.

6. Lithium-battery transport

Energy-storage products and lithium batteries require suitable packaging, documentation and carrier approval. Availability depends on the product, classification, destination and carrier rules.

Do not independently arrange return transport for a lithium battery without written instructions.

7. Risk and transport damage

This information-only page does not allocate delivery risk. If a separate consumer contract is concluded, risk and transport-damage rules will be governed by the contract and mandatory UK consumer law.

8. Future shipping policy

Before UK online sales are enabled, we will publish delivery areas, shipping costs, taxes, customs responsibilities, dispatch estimates, tracking, failed-delivery rules, transport risk and safe battery-return arrangements.
